Since 1981 the Thomas family name has been around the North Durham and Kawartha Lakes areas for your building and renovating needs. Starting with Stanley Thomas, he operated Thomas Carpentry, building new homes, additions, renovations, agricultural buildings, interior and exterior finishes. In 1994, Dale Thomas opened Thomas Overhead Doors & General Contracting offering the same services and adding a new branch offering sales, service and installations of garage doors. In 2018 Dale's son and Stanley's grandson Dylan Thomas opened Thomas Contracting and Home Inspections Inc. Continuing to offer the same services as the Thomas' have offered the area since 1981. Again, another branch was added by offering home inspections to help better serve their clients in the home purchase process.
